"I’ll be changing my auto insurance. My rates have consistently climbed with out explanation. Now they’re going up again when I was quoted $158 and my bill is now set to charge me $183. I emailed about it weeks ago and didn’t even get a reply. Progressive has the same coverage I have now for $125 and the customer service can’t possibly be worse."
